SHIPPING POLICY

Everything on this website is handmade to order & will be shipped as soon as they've been finished sewing. You'll receive an email to tell you your order is on its way.

Please check individual product pages for exact lead times, these are all between 1 - 4 weeks. If you need something sooner do get in touch by email & I'll try my best to get to you sooner.

All items are shipped Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

As everything is made to order unfortunately I'm not able to accept returns or exchanges but please do get in touch on hello@yesthisisron.com should anything not be right with your order.
